Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images, with a high level of attention to detail and efficiency.
- Identify document types based on provided documentation, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Review and verify entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality requirements, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ensure the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards, maintaining the highest level of data security and integrity.
