As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately reviewing and entering data into our systems, ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail. If you're a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Review and verify data from various sources, including blueprints and permits, to ensure accuracy and completeness * Enter data into our systems, using a range of software applications, including Microsoft Access and Adobe Acrobat Professional * Compile, code, categorize, calculate, tabulate, audit, and verify information or data as required * Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and vendors via phone, email, or in person * Run database user queries and searches to retrieve relevant information * Convert Word documents to PDF, bind multiple PDFs into one, redact text, and highlight in Adobe Acrobat Professional * Utilize Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Experience working with internet browsers, such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Firefox * Collaborate with team members using Microsoft Teams to share files and documents * Apply logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems * Lift a full banker's box (approximately 35 pounds) as required **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in data entry, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Experience working with database software, including Microsoft Access * Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Professional and internet browsers * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to lift a full banker's box (approximately 35 pounds) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with blueprints and permits * Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and collaborative software * Experience using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems * Certification in data entry or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and database software * Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Professional and internet browsers * Ability to lift a full banker's box (approximately 35 pounds) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
