As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate data migration from existing formats into the AirVault system, collaborating with various internal groups, and serving as a liaison to the Compliance group for FAA inquiries. Key Responsibilities Learn and understand the policies and procedures of the arenaflex Digital Data department, ensuring compliance with company and FAA regulations. Process and review maintenance records to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying, tracking, and uploading corrections to discrepant records. Ensure timely, accurate, and synchronized data migration from existing formats into the AirVault system, collaborating with internal groups as needed. Work directly with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and other internal groups to provide records and support as required. Serve as a liaison to the Compliance group for FAA inquiries, researching and resolving unmatched aircraft data. Distribute and retain documents as required by arenaflex and FAA policy, reconciling all aircraft log pages and prepping and scanning aircraft records and maintenance paperwork. Complete other assignments and projects as directed by the Coordinator, Supervisor, or Manager, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: An Associate's degree or equivalent experience/training, demonstrating your ability to learn and understand complex policies and procedures. Computer literacy, with knowledge of arenaflex Office Software, and the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and above-average organizational skills. Effective communication skills, including the ability to read and follow directions, and demonstrate sound decision-making ability. The ability to work independently, as well as with team members, maintaining confidentiality and handling multiple duties and priorities effectively under deadlines. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Records experience/knowledge, particularly in aviation maintenance records, demonstrating your understanding of the industry and its regulations. Experience with SCEPTRE, AirVault, System Time Control, Maintenance Aircraft Planning System, and Lotus Notes, showcasing your ability to learn and adapt to new systems. 10-key by touch and typing 50 wpm, demonstrating your proficiency in data entry and keyboard skills.
