Job Summary We are seeking an entry-level Online Chat Agent to join our customer support team at arenaflex. As an Online Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat, answering customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customers receive prompt and accurate support. Resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and understanding, providing personalized solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. Provide accurate information about products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and offerings to ensure that customers have the information they need to make informed decisions. Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues, thinking critically and creatively to find solutions that work for our customers. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, working closely with colleagues to ensure that all customers receive the support they need. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and chat performance metrics, continually striving to improve performance and deliver exceptional results. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: 0-2 years of customer service experience, with chat experience being a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease. Basic knowledge of computer software and technology, with a strong attention to detail and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with chat software and technology, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of the skills and competencies required to deliver exceptional support. Available Shifts and Compensation We offer a range of available shifts, with the exception of Sundays. Our compensation package is highly competitive, with an hourly rate of $20.00 - $47.00.
