Job Overview We are looking for a talented and empathetic individual to fill the role of Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This is a full-time, phone-based customer service position that offers the flexibility of working from home. Key Responsibilities Establishing rapport and showing empathy with customers, making them feel valued and supported Effectively using internal resources, such as computer systems, online resources, and business partner relationships, to arrive at the right solution for the client Demonstrating excellent customer service skills, including perseverance to resolve issues and processing transactions accurately Defining problems clearly and raising concerns when necessary to ensure timely and effective resolutions Taking initiative to acquire the expertise and knowledge needed to effectively resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction Assisting customers with professionalism while following measurable business goals and objectives The Expertise and Skills You Bring To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: A degree or customer service experience is helpful, but not required. You must have open availability from 7:30am to 11:00pm CST, and overtime hours may be required during peak call periods.
