**Experienced Customer Support Representative/Call Center Agent – Home Services Industry**

We believe in the power of teamwork and collaboration, and we're always looking for talented individuals who share our vision. **The Role** As a Customer Support Representative/Call Center Agent, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients in the home services industry. You'll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales support calls, identifying and assessing customer needs, and building sustainable relationships with customer accounts. You'll also have the opportunity to work remotely after 90 days on site with good attendance and performance. **Responsibilities** * Manage inbound and outbound sales support calls to assist in sales support for our clients * Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build trust with customer accounts * Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools * Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas * Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution * Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents * Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies * Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional customer experiences **Requirements** * Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative * Track record of over-achieving quota and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening * Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively * High school Diploma or equivalent **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience working in a call center or customer support environment * Familiarity with sales support software and tools * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically **Benefits** * Competitive salary and benefits package * 401(k) matching and retirement savings plan * Dental insurance and vision insurance * Employee discount program * Flexible schedule and remote work options * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for career growth and professional development **Work Environment and Culture** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the growth and development of our employees.
