Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, using our systems to document and track customer engagements. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to ensure that our customers receive support whenever they need it. Proficiency in computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. Previous customer service experience is a plus, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry. High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace are required, as you will be working from home and need to ensure a professional and distraction-free environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the travel or hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
