We believe in empowering our employees to achieve their full potential and offer a range of benefits and perks to support their growth and well-being. **Job Responsibilities** As a Ramp Agent (Customer Service Agent) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of cargo, luggage, and mail. Your duties will include: * Securely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting cargo, luggage, and mail to and from aircraft, while maintaining ideal connections by directing arriving and departing aircraft from gate positions. * Protecting cargo, luggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. * Safely operating and driving ground equipment like dollies, belt loaders, and tow tractor vehicles in areas of congestion. * Working with scanners and computers to ensure accurate tracking and delivery of cargo to customers' destinations. * Adhering to functional requirements, with shifts ranging from early morning to evening, and working between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on the position. **Advantages and Benefits to Help You Continue to Grow** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture that supports our employees' growth and well-being.
