Key Responsibilities Assist with screening and monitoring orders in the system to ensure timely and accurate completion. Collaborate with technicians to facilitate order closeouts and resolve any issues that may arise. Handle internal escalations to ensure orders are accepted and rolled out efficiently. Perform data entry tasks to update information and maintain accurate records. Generate reports and update trackers as needed to support business operations. Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
