Job Overview As a Live Chat Agent at blithequark, you will play a critical role in assisting our clients with their health-related inquiries, providing them with valuable information, and recommending our services to meet their needs. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, and your excellent communication skills, empathy, and product knowledge will be essential in building trust and ensuring a positive experience. Your primary responsibilities will include handling incoming chats, collecting health information, educating clients on the importance of early health screenings, recommending our services, scheduling screening appointments, and collecting payments. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming chats from clients, responding to their inquiries, and providing them with accurate and helpful information Collect health information from clients, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to our strict data protection policies Educate clients on the benefits of early health screenings, addressing their concerns, and providing them with personalized recommendations Recommend our services to clients, highlighting their features and benefits, and ensuring that they meet their specific needs Schedule screening appointments for clients, ensuring that they receive timely and convenient access to our services Collect payments from clients, processing transactions efficiently and securely Utilize your consultative sales skills to upsell and cross-sell our services, identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience and drive revenue growth Maintain accurate records of client interactions, using our CRM system to track engagement and follow-up activities Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, customer service, sales) preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues Strong phone etiquette and consultative sales skills, with the ability to handle objections and close sales Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats and priorities simultaneously Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be advantageous in this role: Experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of health screenings and related services Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field (e.g., CSP, CSS) Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse client groups Experience with live chat software and technology, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Communication skills : excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely Interpersonal skills : ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues, with a strong focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving Technical skills : proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly Time management skills : ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple chats and priorities, and meet performance targets Adaptability : ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on flexibility, resilience, and continuous learning Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
