Job Overview Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a high level of service and support. Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding our products, services, and company policies, addressing customer questions and concerns in a clear and concise manner. Assist customers in troubleshooting issues, offering step-by-step solutions and guidance to resolve problems efficiently. Record and maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system, ensuring that all customer information is accurate, secure, and easily accessible. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues, escalating cases when necessary and ensuring that customers receive seamless support and follow-up. Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues are resolved satisfactorily, gathering feedback and using this insight to continuously improve our customer experience and support services. Proven experience in customer service, particularly in a live chat environment, with a strong track record of resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM software and live chat tools is preferred, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems quickly.
