Job Overview: Customer Service Representative We are seeking passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from home, assisting millions of plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You will take inbound calls, answer questions, and provide solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience.
