**Responsibilities**
As a customer service representative working from home, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Promptly answering inbound phone calls, returning phone calls, and responding to emails and live chats in a timely and professional manner
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a friendly and empathetic manner
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Collaborating with the customer service team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* 2+ years of experience working in high-volume call centers or customer service environments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration
* Reliable internet connection, working computer, and headset
* Quiet space in your home to talk on the phone without distraction
* Passion for skincare and cosmetics, with a strong understanding of our products and services
* Bi-lingual and speak Spanish (not required, but a plus)
**Schedule and Benefits**
* Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST (45 hours per week)
* Competitive hourly rate: $15.00 per hour
