As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from customers, stores, and partners. Your primary objective will be to provide expert-level customer support, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities** As a Resolution Coordinator, you'll be responsible for: * Handling a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from customers, stores, and partners * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilizing various systems and tools to support customer interactions and issue resolution * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences * Providing expert-level customer support through phone, visit, and email * Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * A minimum typing speed of 25 WPM * Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word) * Previous customer service experience * Effective completion of required training and onboarding programs **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) * Experience working in a contact center or customer-facing role * Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word) * Strong typing skills (minimum 25 WPM) * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to the development and growth of our employees.
