**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers as they navigate our software and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our users have a positive experience with our products. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering, evaluating, and prioritizing incoming telephone calls from customers experiencing problems with software navigation and troubleshooting
* Interviewing customers to collect information about their problems and leading them through diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures to provide resolution
* Logging and tracking calls using a Call Log database and maintaining history records and related problem documentation
* Ensuring maximum goodwill from inbound or outbound phone transactions
* Adhering to regular attendance as required for shift
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years prior experience using arenaflex software, with navigational awareness and critical thinking skills
* At least 2 years of tax preparation experience
* Basic computer and keyboarding skills required
* Fluency in both English and Spanish
* Strong customer service skills, including friendliness, courtesy, and helpfulness
* Strong verbal communications skills, including good grammar, voice, and diction
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* Commitment to Quality – strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate both in written and oral formats
* Ability to understand and comprehend varying levels of training and follow directions
