As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing expert support to our clients through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone. You'll be responsible for resolving complex concerns, processing workflow documents, and staying up-to-date with policy and procedure changes. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
* Provide informed and objective responses to complex concerns related to eligibility guidelines, policies, access to care issues, and escalated concerns
* Respond effectively to all forms of inbound and outbound contacts, including phone calls, emails, and chats
* Process workflow documents, including income, identity, and other eligibility verification documents
* Stay up-to-date with policy and procedure changes, integrating new knowledge into resource materials to answer client concerns
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to clients
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or GED required, with 1+ years of relevant professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Commercial and residential property insurance experience required
* Inbound and outbound call center experience required
* Electronic communication with customers, including email and chat experience required
* Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Eastern Standard Time
* Microsoft application experience required
**Home Office Requirements**
* Reliable high-speed internet service
* Minimum 20 Mbps download speeds/50 Mbps for shared internet connectivity
* Minimum 5 Mbps upload speeds

**Pay Transparency**
arenaflex compensation is based on various factors, including job location, education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market, and internal value analysis, including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of arenaflex's total compensation package, which includes short- and long-term incentives, program-specific awards, health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. arenaflex will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
**Minimum Salary:** $14.95
**Maximum Salary:** $22.50
