If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, we encourage you to apply to join our team. **Job Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on a variety of topics, including child-related issues, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles * Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time and participating by completing written and oral instructions * Completing written surveys provided for each panel and providing honest feedback on products and services * Must actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date * Working independently and using your own initiative to complete tasks and meet deadlines * Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives * Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all interactions are professional, friendly, and respectful **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop * Access to a reliable internet connection * The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions * Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics * No previous experience is required, but you must be able to work independently and use your own initiative **Benefits** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will enjoy: * Flexibility to take part in discussions online or in-person * No commute needed if you choose to work from home * No minimum hours – you can work part-time or full-time * Free samples from our sponsors and partners in exchange for your honest feedback of their products * The opportunity to review and use new products or services before they are launched to the public * Competitive compensation rates, ranging from $75-$150 per hour for single-session studies and $300-$750 for multi-session studies **Work Environment and Culture** At blithequark, we pride ourselves on creating a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
