About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers. As a key member of our remote team, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, responding to emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, and providing top-notch support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring all aspects of the customer's concern are addressed. Assist customers with bookings, including scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling services, as well as helping service providers with questions or issues related to work orders and policy queries. Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical support to customers and service providers, utilizing your analytical skills to resolve problems quickly and effectively. Work collaboratively as part of a fully remote team, leveraging technology to facilitate team communication, training, and meetings, and ensuring seamless coordination with colleagues and stakeholders. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Detailed and thorough in your work, with a strong ability to track progress on tasks and manage multiple issues simultaneously. Self-managing, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and a strong sense of responsibility and accountability. Ready and willing to take on interesting and uncommon customer service issues, with a positive and proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficient in computer skills, with the ability to work with new applications and troubleshoot common computer issues, as well as a strong understanding of software and technology. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
