Job Summary In this entry-level position, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch customer service to our clients. As a customer service representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound client requests in a timely and effective manner, providing accurate information about our products, services, and policies, and helping clients navigate our online portals and tools. Your goal will be to resolve client complaints and issues on a case-by-case basis, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound client requests promptly and efficiently, providing accurate and helpful information to address their needs and concerns. Provide detailed information about blithequark's products, services, and policies, including explanations of benefits, coverage, and claims processes. Assist clients with navigating our online portals and tools, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance on how to use our systems. Resolve client complaints and issues on a case-by-case basis, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported. Meet or exceed performance objectives for productivity and quality, continuously striving to improve your skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment and be able to multitask and navigate computer systems with ease. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and related experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not necessary.
