**What You'll Do**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Completing statistical access and balancing features to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments and transactions
* Coordinating with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions to resolve issues and ensure smooth processing
* Assisting various departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing
* Working on member cases and sports assigned, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
* Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and federal banking laws
* Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams
* Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
* Logging, studying, and making important GL, account changes, and/or returns
* Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching
* Completing daily balancing and department closing
* Obtaining information from contributors for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests
* Researching and affirming incoming and outgoing budget transfer information
* Communicating with vendors to facilitate budget transfers
* Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer regulations
* Depositing check returns, studying member re-exams on draft changes, processing member exams, affirming contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
* Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, overseas collections, and prison fees
**All You'll Need for Success**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* A high school degree or GED
* Intermediate Excel and Word experience
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
* Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines under high-pressure situations
* Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance
* Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, previous customer/member service experience, banking or Credit Union experience, and Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience will be highly valued.
