**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance with their online orders, website navigation, and other inquiries. You'll work closely with our team to resolve complex issues, promote our products and services, and ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations to customers, promoting our products and services in a friendly and engaging way
* Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or responding to customer visits
* Collaborate with our team to resolve complex issues, including online orders, follow-ups, and deliveries
* Consider and offer solutions as needed, utilizing your problem-solving skills and expertise
* Work as the primary contact between customers, merchants, purchasing, and activities staff, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration

**Essential Qualifications**
* Secondary School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Internet Business Customer Service Specialist Certificate after completion of a 14-day training program
* Past customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
* Proficient business writing skills, with the ability to compose clear and concise emails and letters
* Capability with typing (minimum typing speed of 30 wpm) and excellent communication skills
* Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
