**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Receiving English inbound calls and providing exceptional support to our clients and customers
* Placing outbound calls to existing English clients and customers to resolve issues and provide information
* Answering questions from English customers and forwarding messages to clients in a timely and professional manner
* Meeting Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics to ensure exceptional service delivery
* Maintaining a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions for our clients to provide accurate and up-to-date information
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our clients and customers
**Essential Qualifications and Skills**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to effectively interact with clients and customers
* Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
* English language proficiency to communicate effectively with clients and customers
