We're committed to creating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, where our team members can grow and thrive. **What You'll Do** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: * Communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Researching and problem-solving to provide solutions for customers, thinking critically and proactively to ensure contact resolution * Operating with empathy, active listening, and a willingness to learn, applying these skills to customers and team members alike * Engaging with team members and managers using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack to cultivate a customer-centric culture of collaboration * Adapting to change with the business needs of the company, being flexible with your schedule and willing to work overtime as needed * Maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information, adhering to blithequark's policies and procedures **What You'll Need** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 2 years of customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences * Strong written, verbal, and listening abilities, as demonstrated through a written assessment * Ability to multitask, maintaining a conversation on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes, and performing well in a fast-paced environment * Skill in computer usage for data entry and efficient internet browsing to assist customers * Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the company, being flexible with your schedule and willing to work overtime as needed * Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information * High school graduate or equivalent experience * Willingness and ability to pass a background check **Technical Requirements** To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need: * A work area large enough to accommodate computer monitors and free from distractions, including background noise * A reliable wired, high-speed internet and broadband connection, with a download speed of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps * A computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, webcam, and phone line (not required, but a cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify) **Why blithequark Customer Service?** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, where our team members can grow and thrive.
