Job Overview We are seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team at arenaflex in a remote capacity. This is a temporary-to-permanent role, with a duration of 3-6 months and possible extensions. As a remote customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing timely, efficient, and high-quality support to patients, referring providers, and other customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, and their issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
