Job Overview We are seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team at arenaflex in a remote capacity. This is a temporary-to-permanent role, with a duration of 3-6 months and possible extensions. As a remote customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing timely, efficient, and high-quality support to patients, referring providers, and other customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, and their issues are resolved promptly and professionally. Key Responsibilities Fielding incoming phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Handling online requests and resolving issues via email or chat Performing patient registration and scheduling appointments as needed Placing outbound phone calls to follow up with customers and provide additional support Utilizing CRM software to manage customer interactions and update records accurately Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you should have: At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or healthcare environment An associate's degree or equivalent experience EPIC experience is highly preferred, with at least 2 years of experience working with the system Excellent active listening, telephone etiquette, and empathy skills Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment Strong typing skills, basic software skills, and basic computer skills Experience working in a smoke-free environment Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment Experience working with patients, providers, or other customers in a healthcare setting Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare operations Certifications or training in customer service, healthcare, or a related field Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
