As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, handling a wide range of calls, providing expert assistance, promoting health and wellness, and documenting interactions. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on the healthcare industry, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle a wide range of calls, including order and delivery of equipment, scheduling, pick-up, maintenance, or changes in service * Provide expert assistance as a liaison between patients/care-givers, business clients, drivers, and operations * Promote health and wellness by guiding patients through their healthcare journey, offering resources and information to ensure they receive the best care * Document interactions, keeping accurate records of customer communications, and ensuring all details are logged and tracked for follow-up or reporting purposes **Requirements** * High School Diploma or GED required * Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle each call with professionalism, even in high-stress situations * Flexible schedule, with the ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate on-call rotation * Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus, but not required * Ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment with adherence to established metrics * Reliable internet connectivity (not a mobile hotspot) required * Experience operating in a similar remote capacity preferred **Why Our Customer Service Representatives are so Important** Our Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and family members, playing a critical role in shaping their overall experience.
