Job Overview We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to work from the comfort of their own home in Kentucky. As a fully remote position, you'll have the flexibility to provide top-notch service to our customers via phone, email, and live chat. Your key responsibilities will include: Answering phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner Responding to customer inquiries with a positive and solution-focused attitude Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently Developing rapport with customers and providing personalized support to make their experience exceptional Offering solutions, not excuses, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Required Qualities and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Excellent Customer Service Attitude: A positive, friendly, and patient demeanor to provide exceptional service Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional Confidence and Self-Motivation: A self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs Grammar and Writing Skills: Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling to ensure clear and effective communication Preferred Experience: 1 year of customer service-related experience and/or 1 year of call center experience Location: You must live in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
