We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing exceptional service to our clients and driving sales growth through inbound calls, emails, and chats. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing inbound inquiries, building rapport with potential customers, and promoting our pet insurance products. **Key Responsibilities**
* Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents for the purpose of selling pet insurance policies
* Manage time and other resources to ensure sales goals are met consistently
* Handle all interactions promptly and effectively to minimize wait times
* Build rapport with potential customers to reinforce the value of arenaflex's brand and our pet insurance products
* Build strong knowledge of products and services offered
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers
**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills**
* High school diploma or GED
* 2+ years of sales experience
* Proven attendance reliability
* Flexible schedule requirements, with the ability to work evenings and weekends
* Current active resident property and casualty insurance license in a minimum of 35 states (General P&C, not Personal Lines)
* Licenses must remain active throughout the duration of the assignment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Proven sales success within an inbound service environment, preferably a direct sales environment
* Insurance industry sales experience
* Service industry and/or Contact Center experience
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with deadlines
* Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication skills
* Excellent tracking, follow-up, negotiating, and relationship building skills
* Demonstrated ability to consistently overcome objections
* Articulate, professional, and possesses a strong quality sales mindset with attention to detail
* Proven history of adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines
* Strong computer background using MS Word, Excel, and Internet
