Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a fair, transparent, and customer-centric manner, escalating complex problems to senior team members or other departments as needed. Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, utilizing our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track conversations, issues, and resolutions. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus, particularly in a field related to customer service, communications, or business. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat environment, with a demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving customer issues efficiently.
