Schedule and Compensation Details

- Office Rotation: Tuesday/Thursday & every other Friday
- Work from Home Rotation: Monday/Wednesday & every other Friday
- Competitive Pay Rate: $26 per hour

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, your typical day will involve:
- Processing Product Complaints: Handle customer complaints through various communication channels, including queues and other platforms.
- Managing Customer Experience: Maintain a positive experience while investigating complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Updating Databases: Accurately update databases with pertinent details and product information.
- Escalating Issues: Escalate issues based on severity to appropriate levels as needed.
- Maintaining Confidentiality: Ensure confidentiality of caller and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints.
Essential Qualifications
