Job Overview We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to fill a full-time position, starting at $18.00 per hour. The role begins with a 90-day onsite training period at our Orlando office, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Upon successful completion of the training and meeting all key performance indicators, you will transition to a remote work arrangement, working Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
