Learn and adhere to all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery. Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, contributing to the overall success of the customer service team. Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and in a timely manner. Identify opportunities to up-sell products or services when appropriate, enhancing the customer experience and driving revenue growth. Schedule call backs and appointments as needed to resolve customer issues and ensure follow-through on commitments. Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field. Excellent communication skills over the phone and other communication platforms are essential, as well as basic computer skills and experience with software applications. The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently will be critical in this fast-paced environment. Essential Qualifications Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field. Excellent communication skills over the phone and other communication platforms. Basic computer skills and experience with software applications. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
