Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, providing accurate information, resolving caller needs, and following established policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers in a professional and courteous manner Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to callers, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed Provide accurate information to callers, including details on prescriptions, insurance, and healthcare services Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery Resolve caller needs and provide appropriate follow-up and next steps, ensuring a positive outcome Follow arenaflex policies and procedures, adhering to established guidelines and protocols Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including potential evenings and weekends Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Previous call center experience, preferably in a healthcare or customer service environment Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and concerns Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Able to type 35 wpm or greater, with basic computer knowledge and email skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous healthcare experience, including knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare services Experience working with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers, with a strong understanding of their needs and concerns Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
