Our headquarters are located in Portland, Maine, and we're proud to be a diverse and inclusive organization that values our employees' unique perspectives and experiences. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing prompt and considerate service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded * Ensuring that all requests and required data entry are accurate and completed on time * Maintaining performance levels to specified goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience * Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance to customers * Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * High School Diploma or equivalent * 1 year of Call Center or Animal Health experience (preferably in a customer-facing role) * Excellent leadership and organization skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team * Proficiency with computer systems and software applications * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Ability to pay attention to detail and retain information readily * A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Knowledge of customer relations theory and practices * Skills in operating computers and software applications * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and adaptable approach **Remote Work Opportunities** As a remote employee at arenaflex, you'll enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to work from the comfort of your own home or office.
