**Experienced Customer Service Representative – E-commerce Support Specialist**

You'll work closely with our clients' platforms, including ticketing systems like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk, which we'll provide training for. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service while ensuring timely and quality responses. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle customer service tickets across various channels, including email, Instagram, live chat, and phone * Provide excellent customer service while ensuring timely and quality responses * Work within client platforms, including ticketing systems like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk * Perform basic administrative tasks as required by the client * Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all interactions * Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service **What We Look For:** * **Excellent English skills**: You must have native-level English proficiency and be able to communicate effectively in writing and speaking. * **Customer-facing experience**: While not required, experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
