Experienced Customer Service Representative – Delivering Exceptional Support and Driving Sales Growth at arenaflex

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inbound and outbound calls, including new sales and service-related calls, and performing various administrative functions. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach with every customer interaction to uncover additional sales and service opportunities, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service, ensuring that you are always equipped to provide accurate and helpful information to our customers. Presentation of a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data, ensuring that all customer interactions are seamless and effective. Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures. Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Bilingualism, with the ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages, providing an additional level of support to our diverse customer base. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on sales and customer service, providing a solid foundation for success in this position.
