**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing your exceptional communication skills to assess customers' needs, provide accurate solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience
* Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with ease and efficiency

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
