**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers over the phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, navigating our website and online ordering system, and providing expert product knowledge to our customers. **Key Responsibilities**

**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
