**Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and provide product information
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless experience
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Must be available to travel for initial training at arenaflex's other North American locations
