**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative (Call Center) with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Researching and resolving tax issues for both internal and external customers
* Collecting delinquent taxes through the use of multiple collection tools
* Interacting with customers via telephone, email, live chat, in person, and written correspondence
* Analyzing customers' reasons for calling and recommending process improvements
* Utilizing multiple computer systems to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every interaction
