Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat, addressing questions, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing, ensuring that they have a seamless and positive experience with our brand Resolve customer issues and complaints in a fair, courteous, and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that all relevant information is up-to-date and easily accessible Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about new products, services, and initiatives, enabling you to provide the most accurate and helpful information to our customers Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment are also essential. Previous customer service experience is highly desirable, as is proficiency in typing and navigating online platforms.
