With a focus on creating a fun and supportive work environment, we're dedicated to helping our employees grow and thrive in their careers. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Phone Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support through phone calls, SMS messages, and email interactions. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner * Answer inbound phone calls, identify and resolve caller needs, and provide information with a smile * Make outbound appointment setting calls from already generated inquiries, helping our members achieve their fitness goals * Maintain accurate and useful database records, ensuring seamless communication and data management * Manage and monitor SMS (texting platform) and deliver the same exceptional customer service as taking calls * Perform basic account maintenance activities, ensuring our members have a positive and hassle-free experience **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Have a designated and approved in-home workspace, equipped with a reliable computer and internet connection * Meet the wired internet speed requirements (tested before hiring) No Satellite Internet * Receive inbound calls, place outbound follow-up calls, and answer SMS messages * Answer questions about product details, the company, and issues about accounts for our customers * Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics * Possess a professional and friendly attitude, with the ability to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone **Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** * Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills * Ability to type 40 wpm+ * Ability to work on a computer for extended hours as scheduled * Ability to speak on the phone and send follow-up emails for extended hours as scheduled * Excellent active listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections * Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment * Previous call center experience preferred * Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly * Previous telesales experience a plus, but not required * Fitness industry experience a PLUS! **Work Environment and Company Culture** * Work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives * Collaborate with a dynamic and supportive team, sharing ideas and best practices to drive success * Participate in ongoing training and development programs, helping you grow and thrive in your career * Enjoy a fun and upbeat atmosphere, with opportunities to engage in team-building activities and social events **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive base wages, with opportunities for advancement and growth * Group healthcare plan, providing comprehensive coverage for you and your family * Paid time off, allowing you to recharge and relax * Company training, helping you develop the skills and knowledge you need to succeed * Career advancement opportunities, with a clear path for growth and development **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!
