Job Overview As a Customer Service Manager at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our valued customers and becoming an expert on our bedding client's products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve inquiries promptly, and foster positive relationships. You will be working remotely, primarily on a fixed night shift from Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Provide timely and effective customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that all interactions are professional, friendly, and helpful. Respond to all email and chat inquiries within 30 minutes, demonstrating a sense of urgency and commitment to resolving customer issues promptly. Resolve customer inquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism, taking ownership of problems and seeing them through to resolution. Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to complete their transactions smoothly. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times, even in challenging situations, and demonstrate a genuine desire to help customers and provide exceptional service. Product Expertise: Become a thorough expert on our bedding client's product line, including materials, features, benefits, and care instructions, and confidently answer product-related questions and provide recommendations to customers. Stay up-to-date on new product launches and promotions, ensuring that you have the latest information to share with customers and provide them with the best possible support. Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in American English, both verbally and in writing, ensuring that all interactions are professional, friendly, and helpful. Maintain professional and friendly interactions at all times, even in challenging situations, and demonstrate a genuine desire to help customers and provide exceptional service. Team Management (If applicable): Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, feedback, and guidance to help them achieve their goals and deliver exceptional customer service. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback, ensuring that all team members are meeting their targets and delivering high-quality support to customers. Ensure the team adheres to the 30-minute response time for email and chat inquiries, demonstrating a sense of urgency and commitment to resolving customer issues promptly.
