As a blithequark team member, you will be part of a diverse and dynamic community that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers and the communities we serve. **Key Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Customer Service Associate – Retail Sales Floor and Customer Support, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Engaging with customers on the sales floor, helping them find products that meet their needs, and building long-term relationships * Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment, including cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise as needed * Handling clerical duties, such as customer files and contracts, with accuracy and attention to detail * Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive business results * Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner * A strong desire to help customers, with a customer-centric approach and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet their needs * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm * Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods * Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays **Preferred Qualifications:** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Previous retail or customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences * High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in math, reading, and writing * Basic computer skills, with experience using point-of-sale systems and other retail software * Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities **Skills and Competencies:** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic math skills, with accuracy and attention to detail * Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance and 300 lbs. with a dolly (training and support will be provided) * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities:** As a blithequark team member, you will have access to ongoing training and development programs, as well as opportunities for career advancement and growth.
