At arenaflex, we believe in empowering our employees to be their best selves, and we offer a range of benefits and opportunities for growth and development. **Key Responsibilities** As a Digital Devices and Alexa Support Associate, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional technical support to customers via phone, chat, and email * Researching and resolving inquiries about Amazon's digital services and devices, such as Kindle, Fire TV, and Prime Video * Analyzing and troubleshooting issues in real-time using a variety of tools * Communicating effectively with customers to resolve their issues * Performing escalations when necessary * Working variable hours to match customer demand, including day and late shifts, and national holidays **What We're Looking For** We're looking for individuals who are: * 18 years old or older * Have the right to work in Colombia * Strong communicators with excellent written and oral fluency in English and Spanish (85% or above) * Proficient in computer skills * Available to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6:00 am to 10:00 pm * Able to work in a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair * Have a minimum of High-Speed Internet (10 MGB download / 3MBG upload or better broadband connection speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI) **Strengths We Value** We're looking for individuals who are: * Hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented * Friendly and customer-focused in every situation * Able to learn quickly and adapt to change * Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment **Benefits and Perks** As a member of our team, you'll enjoy: * A competitive monthly pay rate of $2,535,750 COP * A comprehensive training program to help you develop your skills and knowledge * A complete equipment package, including a computer, headset, and other necessary tools * An internet allowance to support your work-from-home setup * An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to support your mental and physical well-being * Opportunities for growth and development, including ongoing training and professional development **How to Apply** If you're passionate about technology and customer service, and you're looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we invite you to apply.
