You'll work closely with colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience, and your enthusiasm, energy, and passion for delivering outstanding service will make a significant impact on our customers' lives. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Process transactions, including ringing up sales, handling returns, and processing exchanges * Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning the sales floor, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience * Develop and maintain displays, including special, seasonal, and promotional displays * Assist with the separation of food items, including raw and pre-cooked meats, and restock consumable items using the first-in, first-out technique * Provide customer assistance in the photo area, including digital photo services, banner printing, and selling special photo items * Take on web order responsibilities, including screening orders in Picture Care and handling requests (pick items) and delivering orders to customers as they arrive at the store * Assist with external and internal support by ensuring a perfect, pristine, and deliberate store condition and appearance * Conform to all organization policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with colleagues * Perform unique tasks and other assignments as delegated **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree * Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico) * Willingness to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours * Basic knowledge of store systems and equipment * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods **Preferred Qualifications** * Six months of experience in a retail environment * Previous work experience with arenaflex * Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico) * Willingness to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment * Basic knowledge of store systems and equipment * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
