Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for modeling and conveying a particular and magnificent client experience, registering sales on designated sales registers, and providing clients with respectful and efficient checkout services. As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, engaging with clients, answering questions, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience. Key Responsibilities Registers sales on designated sales registers and provides clients with respectful, fair, and efficient checkout services Engages clients and patients by greeting them and offering help with products and services Resolves client issues and answers questions to ensure a positive client experience Models and shares customer support best practices with all colleagues to deliver a distinctive and brilliant client experience Provides clients with respectful, friendly, quick, and efficient help Recommends items for sale to clients and suggests upsell as well as companion items Processes voids, returns, delays, discounts, and exchanges as needed Maintains counters and retires clean and well-marketed, takes inventory, and maintains records Checks in and prices stock as required or as directed by the head manager or communicated by the shift leader Carries out Organization resource protection methods to identify and minimize profit loss Ensures compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled products (e.g., liquor and tobacco products) Develops and maintains displays, including promotional, seasonal, super designs, and sale stock Completes resets and updates as directed Assists with separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as determined by policies/procedures (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves) Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment Provides client assistance in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, banner print and creative machine, and sale of special photo items Takes on web pick obligations (screens orders in Picture Care Plus, picks items, delivers orders to clients as they arrive at the store) Assists with outside and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and deliberate store environment and appearance Conforms to all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with colleagues Completes special tasks and other duties as assigned Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree and be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). You should be eager to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours. Preferred Qualifications We prefer candidates with at least six months of experience in a retail environment and previous work experience with arenaflex. While not required, being conversant in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) is highly desirable. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours, is also preferred.
