The Customer Care Expert at arenaflex will be responsible for managing functions aimed at developing strategic growth opportunities for both our clients and business owners. Essential Qualifications

- At least one (1) year of related working experience in a BPO set-up or similar industries, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Demonstrated business communication skills (verbal and written English), with the ability to engage in consultative-type conversations and connect with clients and/or business owners in a professional manner.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on building positive relationships and providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Basic technical knowledge is required, with the ability to understand and articulate technical concepts (basic IT technologies), and industry-standard certifications are preferred but not required (technical positions).
- Amenability to work on shifting schedules and be assigned to the account location, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.), with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
