Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team in a remote/hybrid role based in Janesville, IA. As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in building customer relationships, resolving challenges, and providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be part of a dynamic team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience, and will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with three days onsite and two days at home. Key Responsibilities Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, providing personalized support and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment, leveraging your communication and interpersonal skills to drive success. Utilize a computer and multiple computer programs, with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day, to manage customer accounts, process orders, and resolve issues. Resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management, ensuring that customers receive the best possible solutions. Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Essential Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices. At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues. Ability to commute to our facility from your home, with a secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity, and a reliable internet connection with speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds. Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once, with excellent technical skills and the ability to learn new systems and software. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a hybrid or remote work environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with remote work. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, with the ability to leverage technology to drive customer engagement and loyalty. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and think critically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
