**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Communications Representative to join our team in Auburn, NY. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our clients in Massachusetts, resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Communications Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction is positive and professional

* Reliable transportation for in-office training in Auburn, NY (10-14 weeks)
