**Experienced Customer Care Technician – Front Desk Support and Supply Management**

As a Customer Care Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our nursing and ancillary departments by providing receptionist and clerical services, managing supplies, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Care Technician to join our team at arenaflex. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and compiling patient records, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. You will also be responsible for managing supplies, including inventory, replenishment, and documentation. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Establish, inventory, and replenish adequate supply levels, including exchange and parcarts to support daily activities for nursing and ancillary departments. * Document all supply replenishment performed, including issues/credits, patient care equipment, and charges. * Process patient and supply charges for interfacing and dayclose activities. * Monitor, rotate, remove, and document all outdated and overstocked supplies, checking for any damage to items. * Enter supply replenished par level forms, including par, Pyxis inventory, or exchange carts to support daily activities for nursing and ancillary departments. * Verify inventory and control levels for all nursing and ancillary departments. * Physically stock and pick needed supplies for delivery to nursing and ancillary departments. * Promote the mission, vision, and values of arenaflex, and abide by service behavior standards. * Perform other duties as assigned. * May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need. * May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift. **Essential Qualifications:** * High School Diploma or GED is required. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare staff. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and use electronic medical records and other software applications. * Ability to lift and transport objects and office supplies, bend, kneel, and reach. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on customer service and supply management. * Knowledge of medical terminology and coding. * Experience with electronic medical records and other software applications. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability. **Work Environment and Culture:** At arenaflex, we are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and well-being.
